You can connect Claude Code, Codex, or other AI tools with Flow’s MCP.  To get started, open Claude Code, Codex, etc., and say:
“Connect to the Flow MCP at agent.enterflow.co/mcp”
 
Claude or ChatGPT will guide you through connecting to and authenticating (via OAuth) with the Flow MCP server.
 
The MCP has all of the same tools as the native Chat inside of Flow.
